I am a Finnish composer for film, theatre and interactive virtual reality -experiences, sound designer and multi-instrumentalist. I have composed and produced music for film and tv productions, including award-winning psychological horror film Hatching (Pahanhautoja, 2022). I have also written and produced music for stage, including theatre plays, an opera, and several live kinoconcerts for silent films. 

Besides screen and stage, I work as a musician and music producer. I perform in experimental metal band Callisto,  electro-ethno trio Melkutus Party, and Niemi, which combines traditional lullabys with electronic ambient soundscapes. I have also produced music for, and collaborated with various artists, including Asa, Inka Niemi, Lyyti, Antti Rasi and Paula Präktig. 

I started playing piano and guitar as a child, and since then I've picked up other instruments along the way. I studied music/music technology in Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, and Sibelius Academy in Finland, where I got my master's degree in 2020. I've always been interested in the production side of music as well, and I run a studio in Helsinki, which also functions as a production place for my own music.

In my music I like to combine traditional elements with sound design and experimental instruments. I also develop interactive music for virtual reality, as I am fascinated by the possibilities that this technology can provide for musical expression.
